Widening rims - will it fit?

2010 GT lowered on Steeda Ultralites.
Right now I have 20x8.5" +40mm offset and 6.288" backspacing.
I want to widen the rears only to 10" and run 295/35 20
Weldcraft will widen the rim, adding 1.5" to the inside of the centerline. These rims aren't made anymore and I'm having a hard time finding 20x10 used. It will be cheaper to widen these ones instead of buying a whole new set

Anyway, offset will increase to 59.5mm and backspacing to 7.788"?

Is my math correct?

The outside of the rim should stay exactly where it is now, just the inside of the rim will move in by 1.5"
I measured and it looks like I have about 2" clearance now...

Anyone running 7.8" or so backspacing?
