New strut install question
New strut install question
This weekend I'll be installing new Steeda Sports and Koni STRts. First hack at suspension and I had two questions. Whats the best way to make sure I get the top nut torqued to spec without the strut spinning? Im guessing the Konis have a squared up tip to put a wrench on to hold it while torquing the nut. Do you just use a crow's foot on the torque wrench?
Second question, does the top strut nut go all the way down the threads?
thanks
Matt

to hold the strut while torqueing the nut.
I picked up this set of Craftsman sockets. These allow you to torque down the top nut while holding the spindle steady with a smaller socket through the opening.
