~ Chassis Stiffening
There's always room for improvement. Griggs knows their stuff but also charge a small fortune for their parts.
Well that is what I was saying if you make the chasis too stiff it won't perform well on a bumpy road. That is only good for a very smooth track but if you are bumping around like on the street the car can not grip properly or turn or do anything. Stiffer is not always better.

Now this I like. See here you have this big three sided tube and adding that Hotchkis x brace closes the bottom making it a full four sided tube. This will make a significant stiffening of the front around the firewall. They need to make it extend all the way back to the rear end.

We offer Subframe connectors that will go well with the X brace. It goes from front to back and really helps stiffen the underside of the vehicle.

Just stop.
???? Are you serious????
Man you really don't understand suspensions then ok I'm out.
Take a look at this video though
Its a jay leno vid and the bugatti engineers explain that they actually softened the springs on the vittesse and the chasis so that it would handle better because it was so stiff it couldn't grip the road.
But I guess people at bugatti are stupid too

can you support the weight of the car by using these as jacking rails!?
Here is a link to the install instructions

Here are pictures of the sub frame connectors installed.

Does the X Brace affect the transmissions ability to get cool air? My trans runs hot with heat emanating through the center console after some spirited driving. It looks like the X Brace may deflect air that would otherwise hit the cooling fins.
That doesn't sound too right, unless you live in a very hot place. I have driven my car hard and haven't noticed any heat emanating from the center console.

The X Brace does not have any effect on cooling. There is enough air flow that it wont hurt it.

Will these parts fit on a 2013 V6 Mustang? I see nothing on your website about that.
Oh, and I would also like to know if these rails could double as jacking rails.
