The V6-powered Mustangs have 11.5 inch front rotors, while the GT models have larger 12.4 inch front rotors.
http://www.brakeandfrontend.com/brak...-ford-mustang/ http://www.fordparts.com/Commerce/Pa...&model=Mustang If the calipers are stock the pads seem to be part #1081 http://www.autozone.com/brakes-and-t...1_420698_1610/ A little how to, in case you are doing something wrong: |
There's an app for that:
http://www.bendix.com.au/bendixapp |
Bendix can identify brake pads from a photo. Hope that helps you sort this out!

http://www.bendix.com.au/bendixapp I wonder if the app would work? Besides, shipping from there is expensive. Bendix number in the US is still #1081 http://www.bendix-brakes.com/product_catalog.php Search by model and year to see them all. . . |
Oh, bummer, sorry about that, I didn't realize bendix was a brand of brakes, I just thought it was the name of the app, and I hoped from a photo it would list part numbers with cross references to other manufacturers.
If I was in OPs shoes I would just use a mechanic the first time and get the part number from them so I could do it myself in the future. |
What does not fit. i have done my son v6 2006 and there are two pads fro that model. I just bought new rotors and pads from Hawk. Do you have a picture of the pad?
