Calling all folks with BMR springs!!
Can you please post some pictures of your beautiful cars?
I just ordered a set from Hypermotive and can't wait to get them installed.
In the mean time I would love to have some pictures to drool over.

Thanks man. Your car looks great, nice and clean!
Are those Koni's? My STR.T's arrived today, still waiting for springs and strut mounts. I can't wait to get them installed.
Did you get your car aligned after install? If so, did it require any major adjustments to bring it within spec?
Thank again.

Are u doing the install
I'm glad you mentioned that dust boot. I'll have to look for a replacement, I'm trying to avoid disassembling the factory front struts. It would be great to be able to just remove the old stuff and install the new.
good luck finding it. The dealer wouldn't sell it to me unless I bought the whole assembly. Fml that was annoying.
is this necessary? I'm also doing the install with a friend and any help would be very appreciative. Ruby, I'm doing the strt with SR springs and gt500 mounts. What springs are you going with?
Yes, I would highly highly recommend using
an impact wrench. Buy a good one, use it, return it.
The strut boots are universal that go by a few different brand names, but the part number is the same - 143059. Guys on the forums have had good luck with them from what I can see.
The jounce stoppers I purchased were Ford Racing - M-5570-A
The spring insulators are also Ford - 6R3Z-5L302-A
These items are all items that you normally swap over from the factory assembly.
I'm going with BMR springs and Koni STR.T dampers with GT500 mounts. I've ordered all of the above as well. Hoping to get the stuff installed in the next couple of weeks.

Taking apart the factory stuff isn't hard just takes a little more time to get the job done. I wouldn't install the struts without the dust cover. Luckily my Steeda struts came with new ones. Be careful when using an impact wrench on the strut mount bolts. I've actually heard that you should do it. I did but I was very careful about it.
