Any good DIY with pics for spring install?

So I hear replacing mustang springs is one of the easiest thing you can do especially for the rear springs. Is there any good DIY with pics that show exactly what is involved? My local mustang shop want to charge almost $400 for install. I never done spring install before myself but I've done plenty of other work such as headers, exhaust, brakes, etc.. I'm positive I can do this if I can see a well written DIY with good pics. I am thinking about just tackling the rear first for awhile with P Springs. Also, do you really need a panhard bar?

I might have some pro kit rears only that sit higher than the advertised drop for sale in a week or so. I would get rid of them for a good price if I do decide to sell them. They dropped my car about 1'' in the back, so I bought some different rear springs to drop the rear a little more but these would level a stock car out perfectly.

Let me know if you are at all interested. If I like the new springs, I'd part with the Eibachs just simply b/c I wanted a little lower in the back.
