More pics tomorrow probably. I will be getting the adjustable PHB soon. I will need it anyway eventually. As for the speedo, I am just watching my speed and going a hair under the limit because I'm actually going faster since the tire is a larger radius. Eventually when I have a tuner I will do it that way but until then I don't mind. So far in the 35degree weather and rain these things stick amazingly well.

I think I would be less worried about the speed. You can adjust for that. But not having an accurate odo might bother me a bit. Especially if the new tire size was putting on additional miles.

The 275/40's are only about a 1/2" taller then the std 255/40 Pirellis on a Brembo car.
But their the same height as the 245/45's that are std on other 19" wheels so I do not believe a speedo recalibration is needed.

:nice:

Looks good! No extra 4x4 looks.

Thats a kid who is being brought up right. :)

So... will the Boss sized tires fit on the stock Brembo wheels and still perfom ok? IIRC, the Boss wheels are a bit wider...

The rears on the BOSS are 10" wide and a 285. That's pushing it on the 9" wheel. There will be a lot of bulge and a lot of "squish" side to side.

Boss rear wheels are 9.5's and they run a 285/35. There are several people running 285/35's on stock 9" Brembo's. I personally would stay away from anything bigger then the 275's.

I am planning on getting some 19x10's on all four corners down the road and will be going 285/35's.

So 285/35s on 19x10s wont rub up front? Planning 9.5s with 275s but 10s are easier to find if they'll work up front.

There are several people running 10"+ wide wheels on the front the key is nailing the wheel offsets.

Thanks, but too close for me. I'll have to stick with 9.5s I guess.

Maybe it was just the BOSS LS rears. That were 10. The 302S wheels are 18x10 Squared I think.
