My blue baby....

What's up my fellow DIB maniacs?

I wanted to pop over here and show a few pics of my DIB '13 Performance Pack car that I picked up in Nov of last year. You gotta love the attention the color gets, even for a V6. What really catches the eye at shows is the factory Recaro seats. Not many people knew they were an option for the V6 beginning in '13.

So far, she has a few mods, with more to come as time/$$ allow. I will be adding some BMR LCAs and adj panhard bar today for bit more control of the dreaded wheel hop. The rest of the mods are in the sig along with her best dyno run as well as best ET.

Two days after I picked her up:

The first major change...only a week old at this point...lol

Very nice car. I almost bought the V6 and hopped it up for weight and cost but decided to just go for the 5.0.

Great looking car. I kind of like the stock wheels better.
Enjoy!

It's getting there, but still have a long way to go. Stripes and springs will be my next appearance mod. After that, who knows..lol.

All things being said, I probably should have gone the same route and bit the bullet for the GT. A base GT would have only been $2K-3K more than this car. I'm still giving thought to trading it for a GT early next year, because otherwise this one will get a turbo or Procharger. For the cost of boosting this one, I could have a nice down payment on a leftover Premium GT. G/f says go for the GT, especially after a test drive/ride in a couple of them..lol.

Thanks....and sometimes I think the same thing, other times I like the TP wheels. I'm just indecisive about swapping them back on...g/f hates when I get like that..lol.
