Love it! I liked Kona too (navy) but grabber/baby blue never did it for me. This blue is awesome!

 

I could learn to love this color.

 

Can't wait to see it in person. Is it metallic at all? Looks like it from the pics.

 

A blue candy color would be awesome.

 

I really wonder how this compares to Kona??? Does someone have any side by side pics? I thought deep impact would be a flat blue... I was wrong.

 

+1. I've been wanting the same kind of blue used from the mid '90s, the specific name eludes me at the moment. Deep Impact looks similar going by pics alone, but definitely want to see it in person to be sure.

I originally wanted my 5.0 in Kona, but after seeing it person I thought it was too dark/purple for my taste. This looks to be more of a true blue metallic.

 

I think this is the blue I have been waiting for.

Did you get a close up on that wheel? It looks completely different than the wheels on the base GT that they have now....?

 

Not really. In person this color pops.

 

Is it just me... or in this pic, this looks VERY close to Kona?

 

Kona has more of a purplish hue under bright lights. I think this is going to be more like true blue from the sn95 range
