So I have been reading and thinking and now I need help. Do info with Boss 302 exhaust or gt500 axle back I know I want long tube headers. I would like to get a boss 302 intake also and a
Bama cam tune. So what do you all think? BTW I will not be using Tire Rack LOL

Funny about Tire Rack...I can laugh now! Good one!

EXHAUST - IMO, if you're going long-tubes, then look around for a complete exhaust system, that way it's tuned to work together for power, noise, fitment and no drone. Look at American Muscle, Late Model Resto, & CJ Pony. But I wouldn't get different exhaust pieces one-at-a-time, because you might run into problems - especially fitment. If you just want better sound, there are many inexpensive axle-backs to choose from (Roush, Ford Racing GT500, Pypes, MagnaFlow, and more).

INTAKE - Many good reads about the Boss intake, but I think you need the Boss strut-tower-brace, too (because the standard GT brace does not fit over the Boss intake), which means more $. Again, try to do all intake at one time, with systems tuned to work together. If you go one-piece-at-a-time, you might run into problems. So you can go CAI, intake, and tune, all at once.

Oh..and watch for what may (or may not) void the powertrain warranty - if that's important to you.

Just my two cents.
