Waiting to see pics in sunlight. Right now the photo selection has been pretty poor.

 

I think it looks secksi... The 2008-2010 Evo X "Black" has a fair amount of Red FLake and makes the car pop.. I think they did even more with this beauty right here. I think I managed to sell the wife on a Premium V6 so I can go from 0 mustangs to 2 at the same time. Kona GT,Lava V6...

 

Right now it reminds me of a cross between Tuxedo Black and Black Cherry Metallic.

 

I think the autotrader one is actually red Lava... if you look at the trunk shot, it has that touch of burgundy/maroon... Edit: dare I say brown?

 

hopefully it stands out more in the sunlight, but it does look black in the pics.

yea both those pics are lava,,it does look different in different light mostly black until bright light. I think Its BAD *SS!

I like this a lot, so far. This should be a great color for AZ. It is very bright here most of the time. There are very few,if any, clouds here most days and that the high intensity of the sun here will make lava red look great. I am not sure I woulg go for it, if I lived in Oregon or Washington, but I AZ should be the perfect place for the car. Nice!
