Yeah, I would think they would be pretty similar in weight.
Thanks.

I don't think a lap record was set in this video from VIR (NSFW):

Ouch! I can understand how it could happen there. That very section is the reason I don't really like to instruct at VIR. It's a little unnerving from the passenger seat when the rear of the car unloads at 100mph.

Dean,
Thanks for the video.
What tires? Still running stock, or did you change them out after MPH?

Not sure about the tires, but definitely didn't sound like the stock pads . Wow that looks so fun. Going to have to calculate how long the pull is out there. Uncle and Aunt live near Richmond so maybe need to go visit them!

Thanks for sharing your video. It's great to see how the Boss runs on the track from another car's perspective.

Great Video Dean!

FYI - The first part is Dean chasing me and the second part is me chasing him.

They are the same stock tires I had at MPH. They didn't have the same grip as before but at least they didn't chunk out anymore.

It's a very fun track. It's hard to see in the video but lots of elevation change. This club is trying to get 3 days of full course the first part of June. You guys should think about coming.

Gary-

You have to go! PLENTY of seat time with just two days. Three days would be awesome...

That is not Dean's car... It is Dig-It Racing's aka Kevin. By the way he drove to the track with all his gear and a spare set of tires and wheels for the track loaded in the car. Just like the old days.... I love it!
