Yeah, love the 2013 stripes for the boss especially the yellow, blue, black, and green. Just i dont know about the pw. That pig comment was pretty funny

Not hatin... But I agree on the cut outs..... To me.... they look like gorilla
nostrils...or a big bull's nostrils.......
But you know what? I have thought about it....
I think I know of a way to "keep the look" but make it a tad different.
First mod I plan on doing when I get my boss so we will see...
and nope I dont plan on painting the little webs, or taking them out and putting in mesh either... Something totally a little different I have in mind..
That I am surprised no one has attempted yet... I think what happened is ford wanted a fog light "delete" look...but did not spend enough trying to achieve it...false templates are just cheap looking in my opinion...
I had originally thought about changing to the GT grill with fogs but neh...then everyone would say it looks like a GT.... so not going that route either...

As much as the black roof looks good on the 2013 GT/CS to mimic the 2012 PW Boss, I don't believe that the 2013 PW Boss would look as good with the '70 style stripes. The 2012 pulls it off with the solid black hood bulge and your eye follows the black through the windshield and over the roof. But the horizontal black stripe across the hood before the cowl breaks up the flow on the '13 just doesn't look as good to me.

 

 

Both the 2012 and the 2013 look great AND different. There is no sense in arguing over matters that are completely subjective.

 

I agree they do both look great in different ways. There is room in the world for both and it's cool that we can easily tell the difference between a 2012 and a 2013 with just a glance.

 

12 or 13, I think they both look great either way.

Just like two smoking hot babes with different hair styles, would not kick either of them out of bed just for eating crackers.

This is what I ran into last year trying to shop for a '12 Boss last year in New England. I hope this sits there forever at this price.

 

I'd seriously consider getting a Boss in white. However, about the only visual aspect of the 2013 that looks better than the 2012 is the hood and the rear. The Mustang really needs to be more careful about those Botox injections. To my eye it was definitely a step backwards overall.
