I noticed a whistling noise that comes and goes but is most noticeable during idle. It almost sounds like air leaking from somewhere near the left front wheel. It is inconsistent which is very annoying. I also have a light rattle from the driver's side door, which I assume is unrelated to the whistling.

Does anybody have any thoughts on the whistling? I was thinking maybe an exhaust issue.

Is anybody else discovering noises? Perhaps it is the curse of early production.

 

The only noise I hear is after the exhaust, there always is a little giggle sound

 

Could it be that induction tube or something?

 

Good thought - I will check it tomorrow. The pitch of the whistle does not fluctuate and seems to go away when the motor revs.

 

Any luck finding where the whistling is coming from? I have the same issue with my car, and no time to find it

Are any of the air vents closed? Seems silly but I had a whistle as well that went away when all the vents were open. Seemed when one or more were partly closed or closed there was a whislte...

I hear a whistle when the window is down a little ways.

 

Anyone get a resolution on this? I have had my car at 2 different dealerships and they just say "It doesn't do it when we have the car, sorry."

 

Video tape the whistle, if possible. Maybe it is the sound tube?
