Ford had an LS on the turntable and a BOSS on the rotisserie. Neither were available to sit in, unfortunately.

They were both pre-production models. The BOSS had a serial number of PP0004.

I have not seen a pic of the gauge pack from the front of the car. It looks to me that the dash pad will need to be cut/modified to add that to the Boss. I was thinking there was a area up near the windshield that had a space to mount and for wiring.

I would love to add that to the Boss but if it requires cutting up the dash pad I may not. If they only made the LS in YB

 

Yeah, pretty sure that you're going to have to cut the dash to add the gauge pack after market.

I was hoping to get a video or a run in a BOSS dyno, but they only had a GT/CS on the dyno :-/

My initial thought was, "wth is up with those pink stripes?!"

 

They interviewed Parnelli Jones a few minutes ago standing in front of the GB LS he was tongue tied and struggling to remember what was on the car.

Been watching this all day + off & on the last 3 days.

They sold a 2011 custom yellow for 100K and one of the announcer's stated that all 5.0s come with quad exhaust???!!!

Did you get your Boss 302 shirt?

 

They either have 2 Black LS's making the rounds or they've removed Parnelli Jone's signature off the side.

 

I sat in the signed black LS two weeks ago so I bet there is another one.

 

I got the complimentary one, and purchased a different BOSS302 one from the Ford trailer outside

 

I was hoping to go there tonight and maybe get a chance to meet him, but my contact that granted me the auction passes needed them tonight. Oh well!

 

I heard that, too. It was Magnante talking about a Mustang on a rotisserie outside of the main tent. I read somewhere on this site that there is a Boss on a rotisserie in Scottsdale, so perhaps he mistakenly thought he was looking at a 5.0 undercarriage. He's usually very accurate about cars, but I think he was wrong about that.

The White shirt is the freebie from the Ford display, the Gray one is the one I purchased at the trailer.
