Track only---(Demolition Derby)---

Seriously, It's gonna be a DD unless the weather is wet.

I plan on trying some kind track, as long as it's against a clock, I don't plan on banging or rubbing metal with other cars.

I am going to track it 2 to 4 days per month and make my GT500 my daily driver. That said, I'm going to still DD the Boss and have yet to figure out how I'm going to switch between the two. Truth be told I've put so much into the GT500 that it's not worth letting it go for what I'd get in trade, and am hedging my bets in case the Boss isn't what we thought it was (ala the Bears and Denny Green ) J/K it's going to be a great car. Actually I'm too emotionally attached to the GT500 to let it go and it's a "different" Mustang than the Boss.

It will be a DD and see track use for 9 or 10 weekends a year.
Eventually I plan to gut it and make it a caged wheel-to-wheel racer.

As much track use as possible as well as driving it on the street.

06GT: you sir, are on the same sheet of music as I am.
I'm giving my wife the Fusion Sport, and as I normally drive to work one day a week (travel by plane the rest of the time), I will drive the Boss that one day. On weekends, we'll use the Fusion.
Mine will see about 4-5 track weekends a year.

I'll need to DD the BOSS for a couple years until I have enough real estate space to garage the BOSS, tow vehicle, and future wife's car, along with some space on the side for a trailer. But once that happens, time for a full cage and some significant vehicle weight reduction to get ready for wheel-to-wheel competition.

Until that time, HPDEs and/or Time Trials to get used to the car. So far I've got about 45 hours of seat time between HPDE and wheel to wheel competition in my '06 and my buddy's '06 427R racer...I'm anticipating this will be an easy transition

Mine will be taken out for special occasions, general fun drives and hopefully a little track time. I will use it but would like to keep the miles down. After all last think I need is door dings and shopping carts being pushed into it at the super market, that is what the F150 is for.

Besides the less time on the streets the longer I will have a license.

Garage queen with occasional weekend fun ; autocross, HPDE, maybe a 1/4 mile run here or there, and i am gonna have to drive to work once or twice to detail it after work

I should clarify that the autocross bug could become huge like it was with my STi...problem was that car became fun ONLY for that(way too stiff too have LEGAL fun on the road!)

NOW...If I get a major sponsorship again... I probably will do the whole suspension again and have another autocross car...only time will tell. If I'm spending this kind of coin on a car, that I will literally drive less than 2,000 miles a year, it better be hard competition miles!!

BTW My 6 y/o called dibs on this one!!! So it will be his one day and the wife already aprooved a 2014/15 to buy for my 4y/o as the Boss will be paid offf by then!!

Stored when parked, but evening and weekend drives along with a few 1/4 mile runs.
I am going to try to get out as much as possable in the good weather in the summer as the days are long here and the summers short. This is also replacing a 2001 Cobra with a 5.0 Cammer that makes a lot of runs at the 1/4. Should be a great summer!
