swapped to ecoboost pcv

Instead of paying 100+ for a catch can, I installed a 2013 f150 ecoboost pcv valve. If you take off the stock valve, you can blow straight through it. The ecoboost valve you cannot.

The 2015 coyote engines come with this as well. FYI

I know this was discussed on the SVTP but what evidence is there that this isn't bad for the motor since it would be more restrictive than the stock PCV.
