Rear end popping (not twerking)

A few thousand miles ago I switched to Whiteline LCA's and relo brackets, PHB and brace, and the FRPP P springs. Recently I have noticed a popping coming from the rear, like when I reverse down the driveway slowly I will get a pop, but slowly cruising over rough bumps will not cause the same noise. Is it possible it is the 3rd link binding from being too low?

After some help on SVTP sounds like it may be the PHB, I will be checking and retorqueing the bolts today.

Brandon:

Does your new PHB have grease fittings? I had an increase in noise from the back end after my install. I went back and pumped grease in all the fittings after rechecking the torque. This has decreased or eliminated a fair amount of the noise.....clunking / popping sort of sounds.

Guess that's why the factory bits have soft rubber bushings...and the factory PHB sems to be filled with sand.........All to decrease NVH.

Seems like this was caused by the rear end links, since I lowered the car they seem to be cocked towards the rear and are probably too long.

When I installed the relocation bracks with the stock control arms I found the rear axle was 1/8" out of line. I installed the adjustable lower control arms to correct it. I also had the popping noise and greased the inside of the bushings and it went away.

I went with Whiteline LCA's and brackets and an adj. PHB, I have taken the car to get aligned and Ford said it was all within spec. I am thinking it is the end links also because it is a similar sound to other people who have had the end links fail.
