From the sounds I am hearing from my car, I probably have this issue as well.

Nice grill. Any problems with CHT? Is your gauge moving off of center?

BTW your Boss looks much better lowered like that.

1. Never really looked at the gauge, too much going on and not enough straight on this track. No issues with limp mode or anything. It was 90*F all weekend. Next month I will run a track with a 1/2 mile straight, should hit 150mph, but it should be 70* or so here in AZ then.
2. LOL

Could not wait for Ford on the "high flow" grille any longer so I bought a regular Boss grille and modified it like the Miller cars. $270 from Partscheap (this should be warrantied) and $22 for a V6 pony emblem, very slight difference from the Boss emblem nobody will ever know.

From a style standpoint the body color surround looks better but I think this is OK, makes the Boss look mean.

The Grille was easy to modify but took some time to refine it. It is a track grille but I doubt I will switch it out often so I wanted it to look nice.

LOL!
He could only afford to lower the passenger's side. New springs for the driver's side next paycheck.

That looks great! What did you do besides cutting out the fog lights?

The bars in the middle up top and the bars on the left side. It is the same as the Miller and 302S cars so hopefully this will work. When they do come out with the oil cooler remount I will do that also.

One mistake I made was lining up the mesh with the horizontal line on the top of the fake lights. After the grille is installed the mesh turned out to be at a slight angle.

Looks great. This is a more elegant solution than mine. I'm going to take mine apart and have the surround painted body color, though.
