Question on dB track limits

I'm planning on taking my Boss to a Shelby track day at Portland Int. Raceway in Oregon and understand there is a 103dB limit measured 50ft from track side.

I'm running the Roush axle backs with the disc removed on the side pipes.
Has anyone run a set up like this and found what dB it is?
I realize I could put the discs back in but don't want to unless its necessary.

Thanks.

I'm uneducated as to the boss's sidepipes levels (though listening to one in person, they're not bad and being pointed at the ground helps with the "sound sniffers").

Also, 103DB @ 50Feet is pretty lax, so I'd believe you'd have no issue. MRLS has a 92DB sound limit, and quite a few boss cars have spent time there.

Let me know what you find out, I'm running the same setup (Roush w/ sidepipes uncorked). It seems pretty loud.

I kept the stock muffers and plates in case it needs to go back to stock for any tracks with noise regs *cough*AMP*cough*

Thanks for the 2 responses. I'm surprised that there is not more info out there regarding this.
It appears to me that most tracks have a dB level requirement.....

Did you sign up for the track sound test days? Its 3 free laps to certify your car. You'll at least get a reading, but I think its mid september

Negative, I may look into that, however.

Dave, when is your Portland event? I'm signing up for a day at Laguna Seca which has a 92dB sound limit. Let me know what you find out.

They just changed it to 9/24. I'm not positive I can make that date but if I go I will post what happens. The track steward for the day didn't think I'd have any problem. (just his educated guess)
