Overheating -- hopeful observation
I don’t mean this to start any wild rumors or even speculation. But, I do have a somewhat hopeful observation. I have a 1996 Mustang Cobra and recall that they were introduced with some fanfare about the then new 4.6 dual overhead cam, 4 valve per cylinder engine. --- Bad news is there were overheating problems with the car. ---- The good news is that Ford issued a TSB that included a new radiator and several other components. So, the hopeful observation is that Ford went to considerable expense in 96 solve an overheating problem with a new high profile car. MAYBE, Ford will step up to the plate again.

Have you taken your car to a track yet and noticed the car running hotter than it should first hand?

Sorry I was unclear. I was indeed referring to the overheating problem that is showing up during open track sessions. No Boss overheating problems on the street that I know of. I guess that is an important distinction. The Cobras were overheating on the street.
Still we can hope.
