Orange 302 at dealership
I was just at Southway Ford here in town for some service issues on my Mustang V6, I walked by the financial offices, and there, in the showroom was a Competition Orange Boss 302 with black stripes and Recaro seats. Oh my goodness, I almost came in my cajones when I saw that thing sitting there! It was so beautiful, too bad it already had a big SOLD sticker on the windshield. I wish these things came with a automatic transmission option and microsoft synce, and HID's...

Boss 302, 429 and 351 have always been manual cars. Other hi-po Mustangs like the Mach 1 could be had with automatics.
A stick shift is one of the things that makes a Boss a Boss.

Honestly, this is a driver's car. The fact that it has a radio at all and air conditioning sort of goes against its heritage.
No, I don't want the normal GT, if I was going to get a more expensive Mustang it would have to be the Boss, simply because I like the way it looks. I guess you have to pay to play, I am sure the Ford dealer could install all the stuff I would want on a Boss 302 after I purchase it.

Why is it so terrible for people to want/need something different? No need to jump on somebody because their tastes are different than yours.

Air Conditioning goes against heritage, but a radio does not. Delete should be an option on both though on the Leguna Seca.
It would suck if everyone wanted the same thing! That's why Ford makes a half dozen Mustangs. It just seems like Ford has been as clear as possilbe on their intent for the Boss and why they left off the amenities they left off. Lamenting the lack of Sync or Leather seats on the Boss is like standing on the cereal isle and wishing Corn Flakes had a frosted coating on them!

The ONLY time I am sympathetic about someone wanting an automatic in a Boss/GT500/ZR1 is when that person has some sort of physical disability that prevents them from properly operating a clutch system.
Everyone else can suck it up.
