It looks great Steve. That's the OEM GT500 spoiler right?

Thanks Rick! Yes it is, OEM Ford - had a friend who is a body man paint it (came primed but unpainted - color match had less than 1% variation) It bolted right on and looks much better than the stock Boss spoiler IMHO. All GT500 spoilers now come with the Gurney Flap which is a nice touch on a road racer inspired car.

Yea, it does The base spoiler does not look the best on the Boss, simple mod that really adds to the car Was not sure how much I would like that one compared to the LS type but it looks sweet.

Yeah I really like the Gurney flap. Originally Ford was going to make different sizes of the flap for that spoiler but I don't think that ever came to fruition. IMO it looks way better than stock but I've been saying all along that was one of my first mods. Not sure if I'll do the carbon fiber version or go bold and paint an OEM GT500 spoiler white. Here's what the stock spoiler looks like in white.

I just ordered this wing. I tried to order the Boss 302S wing and hood but they told me they will not be selling those parts separately. I'm going to hold out for awhile and hope that eventually I can get that hood

Who told you this? I called and talked to Paul and the hood should be available in July. I posted the info at BMO.

BTW the Steeda wing is the same one used on the Grand AM cars if you want to be official.

Looks great! Does it bolt on exactly where the Boss spoiler is removed without drilling? Thanks.

Steve, have you thought of painting the Gurney flap white? When I get my carbon fiber GT500 spoiler I'll apply some white tape to mine to see if I like it. It should tie in well with the white graphics.

Is Paul from Ford racing? Where did you get the info that it will be available in July? What's BMO? Any info would be great. I'm in love with that hood! Wing is cool. Maybe I'll switch. I ordered 1 from APR performance yesterday. The one on the pic in the thread. Was 800+ . The steeda was a lot less

Paul is from Tiger Racing and is in charge of the hood production. It should be available now. I believe they also sell the G-Stream CF wing. The Steeda wing is the exact same wing the Boss 302R cars run in the Grand-Am Sports Car class. Look up the Roush cars that run in that class and you will see it.

Remember the mounting holes are not the same as the stock Boss spoiler. It will not just bolt on without drilling new holes and covering two of the original ones.

I was going to do that but ... One of the great things about doing this is the design of the deck lid hinges, you will (should) not have to adjust it every time, just bolt on and bolt off Hopefully the two deck lids will not make a difference.
