I was thinking the same thing. I was surprised when 4 didn't have one to begin with, and we've had to make do with painting the GT500. Oh well, still super cool that they put the '13 in, ZL1 too.

 

Can you say simulated ZL1 vs LS races?

Still, it's Forza - which means the best car in the entire game is probably a souped-up 1970 Datsun or something.

 

Just curious, any iRacers here? I signed up in June and I'm loving it so far. They have a Mustang FR500S which is pretty cool - plus you can paint it and change the striping to make it sorta look like a Boss. :-)

 

Yes, I am a big Iracing fan. It was fun seeing the FR500s at MMP for track attack, and my car is a custom painted 69 Bud Moore Team car look a-like.

I mainly run ovals.

 

I'm going to the Track Attack next Mon, and I'm slated to drive the FR500S on Tue. Can't wait!

 

Guess I sold my xBox too soon after disappointment in Forza 4.

 

I wore my Iracing t-shirt at track attack, which was fun, since pretty much all the instructors commented on it, and alot of them use it to.

Now, I'm wishing the MMP was on there.

 

Meh - Four was great (probably the best ever) and Five... well... not only was it released *way* behind schedule, but just from seeing the overly-artsy if not nauseating intro , I knew something was amiss before I even pressed Start. I found the game play somewhere between horrid and vomit - it is as if they made a list of everything that made GT great and opted not to include it in future releases.

I mean, you could spend way too much time trying to tweak a single vehicle with endless combinations trying to shave microseconds off your laps. Five was dumbed down to the point I will not even play it. Who needs fifty types of Lancers in their garage?

No matter, every great video game franchise I have ever loved turned to garbage... Jane's Fleet Command, Phantasy Star, SSX, Railroad Tycoon, possibly Max Payne (we'll see)... Expect disappointment and hopefully you'll be surprised one day...

 

theres no 2013 mustang in the game except the Boss now, which is awesome
