Ive found a new, at the dealership, race red 2012 with Recaros for $43,575. How good is this price?

 

You should be able to get it for a much better price then that. I feel like I over paid and mine was 42,500. I would try to get something closer to 40k IMO.

 

I bought mine in nov of last year and paid 40 and some change for it. Traded it in last month and the dealer gave me 40k for it and then put it up for sale for 47999 lol. I think you should be able to get it closer to invoice. There are a ton of 13 bosses on the lots now and a lot of them area at MSRP.

 

Ive found several 2013s pretty close to me for sticker but not ant lower.
I didnt know what sticker was on '12 model. I havent seen it in person. Thinking $40,000 would be a good price.

 

MSRP on a 12 with the recaros/torsen and the apperance package (car cover and floor mats) is 43,575. The 13's have a higher MSRP

 

At this point, $40k sounds reasonable. The additional features on the 2013 seemingly make it an easy decision to go that route if the 2012 were still going for 100% of sticker and within 1k of a '13.

 

I bought my '13 last week for a little over $2k under sticker. I went on cars.com and found every Ford dealer within 100 miles that had a Boss listed for sticker and started calling. Several were willing to deal. Not sure where you are, but I can give you the name of a couple of dealers in Texas that will sell you one for under sticker.
