LS pedestal wing question

Are you painting just the top and bottom of the wing and leaving the black braces as is or painting both braces and wings.

Just paint the top piece and leave the black plastic as is.

I bought mine unpainted from American Muscle for like $185 or something. Add paint for another $150 (I'm going with the white-on-top black underneath scheme) and its $335 all in.

Is that the OEM piece? I'd only use the OEM piece on a Boss.
