Today I took my Boss to a friends house who tints out of his garage, he does it for a living at a shop, but as you can guess its much cheaper from his house (Cash ) LOL.

Paid 80.00 bucks for all windows, had door windows done is as light as tint avaiable 35% and 20% ( Darker in side quarter windows and back window)

I get severe migraines and I have a NY state allowance to have tinted windows.
So heres a picture or 2..

Looks good. It's illegal to have your driver/passenger windows tinted here in CA but you wouldn't know it by how many cars have their windows tinted. The one time I did it I got popped for it twice so I no longer tint those windows and didn't tint them on my Boss. It's also illegal not to have a front license plate so don't tell anyone I don't have one.

 

Only minorities get pulled over for tint in Ca.

 

And usually young kids drawing attention, usually I say..
Ive had the same amount of tint on my 2005 Ford F150 Supercrew for over 7 yrs and not a single time pulled over for tint.

Living in SoCal I did notice my non-white friends got pulled over more. Didn't notice that so much in NorCal.

While unfortunate that minorities are targeted for items like window tint and license plate offenses in order to be pulled over and harassed, it is the truth.

I think about getting my Windows tinted from time to time, but never do it for some odd reason. It's legal in Texas, but yet I haven't driven a car with tinted windows for about 9-years.

Looks nice, who couldn't pass up a deal like that.

 

Not supposed to have tint on the front windows here in Germany either, but can't say I know anyone that has been pulled over for it.
