They have great prices, hood stripe is listed here for $44, side stripe kit for $67. Just tell them you want the Boss stripes that we measured out since he has several styles.

I emailed promotorstripes on Tuesday...I have not received a response..

To me, the top stripe on the C stripe looks too short...
but the hood decal looks right..

 

Try emailing them again, maybe it went to the spam box? I have received nothing but great customer service from them.

The stripe kit on ebay is not what he made for my Boss. The stripe kit I had made up in matte black is the same as the factory stripes, same as the hood. Just tell them you have a Boss 302 and need the same kit as mine.

This is the thread with pics I did of the appearance work done to my Boss.

I never did like the black roof or base spoiler, even before I saw the car in person. I had the plan to paint it before I picked up the car. I added the LS style spoiler and dropped it off to have the roof painted body color and had the top of the deck lid painted in flat black with the spoiler. I was going to have the hood painted also but held off, then found Promotorstripes.

They worked with me to get the hood stripe correct (Boss style) and it came out great! I was not going to do the side stripes but going by his work on the hood I decided to give it a go. So glad I did because i really like the look of them. In a way the reflective stripes are very nice and retro but the plain flat black looks good from any angle also.

It is not that hard to do youself but if you have never worked with stripes anyone with experience can put them on in no time. The old stripes come right off without hurting the paint. Try the matte black on the blue car, the matte looks even better on darker cars then lighter colors.

 

promotorstripe did my hood decal design. Tell them what you want and you get just that. 1+ job.

 

I picked up my Kona Boss today from Five Star in Plano
it's now Kona with black stripes...Five Star did the conversion
..........glossy black roof and glossy black stripes
much more of a sleeper than Kona/white
pictures to be loaded soon
....off to Eagles Canyon in north Dallas tomorrow AM

 

I can't wait to see it. I toyed with the idea, but I'm happy with the white.

the camera I have is NOT the best
and I know from looking at the pictures the C stripes are nearly invisible.
so I call it a sleeper look. and I LOVE IT.
....and I'm fine with that...less attention from law enforcement :-)

I have receive all praises from car people over 30..
BUT my 12yr son does not like it...
So I think that sums it up nicely.

I know now why Ford did not do this combo, it doesnt POP on car magz cover pages....
