So. Drove from Louisville KY to SW Michigan today after picking it up from Carmax. Actually amazed by how good a ride it has. My only real complaint is the low fuel coming on at 75 miles, seems like overkill to me. Otherwise it's very nice.

A Boss is desirable in any color including GHIG. An in-your-face color always works with an in-your-face car.

I have a 1970 mustang coupe I get the same response. Old folks don't like the color but like the overall presentation. If this was a non boss in this color I wouldn't like it. But all the black all the
Stripes balance it out. My wife said white was too boring for a sweet car and that she didn't really like the blue. She hates the school bus color. I don't want black because my 1970 is midnight gray and the dust/dirt shows as well as the most minor of scratches. And I have no desire to have a red sports car, it's just overdone. And the pearl looking paint on this one looks great in all light settings.

According to the owners manual, the low fuel in my '13 GT defaults to 50 miles, but can be set to 75. Perhaps someone changed yours.

Probably. I'm only on ownership day #3 so I haven't quite gotten to the manual just yet. I'll have to look into that

So. First things first. Wife just left for a work trip. Time to take the plates out.

Nice touch by bringing out the welcome mat for the car. Congrats, its really sweet. I've only ever seen 1 2012 boss in the wild. I didn't realize the build numbers are so low. It all makes sense now. Good info in this thread. Great job everyone.

In the wild, I've seen 1 Red in Vancouver BC on Stanley island, 1 in Michigan City IN, 1 Blue in Dearborn MI in the Ford employee parking lot, and 2 at the Woodward Dream cruise.
