You would be surprised how hard it can be to find things that are common in the States here in Europe. Sometimes it isn't a matter of them having it, but where the hell to find it!

Just finished my gauges. My car is just a street and stress relief machine, so I choose my gauges for looks more than anything. I went with Oil, Water, Volts. Was not concerned about Trans. Temp. Here is a picture of the finished product.

gauge install

I'm looking at putting the same gauges in the pod as you have.
How did you end up installing the sensors?
Thanks, Guy

Remove the OEM oil sending unit and install a 1/4" close nipple, tee, street elbow, 1/4 x 1/8 bushing (Brass fittings). the OEM sending unit goes back into the tee and the gauge sending unit will screw into the 1/4 x 1/8" bushing.
As for the water temp. You have two choices. remove the plug for the block heater located about 6" to the rear of the motor next to the oil sending unit and install your new sensor there. or do like I did and take the easy way out and install one of these in your upper raditaor hose. Goung this route there is allot less anti freeze to deal with. Also the hose is right there. Upper hose is 1 1/2".

install one of these to pull power to the gauges

I'm actually using the same gauges as Zoldier,I was wondering how he handled the oil temp sender.

Havent had a chance to do the sensors yet because of work and traveling. I hope to knock it out within the month. Fingers crossed.
