Fog lights for the Boss?

Forgive me if this has been discussed before but I did not come across anything on a search.

Since the new Boss has the round holes where fog lights would go on a GT has anybody thought about putting in fog lights?

Since the 69 Boss had four headlights I was wondering if it might look good with them.

I would imagine the headlight switch pulls out but does not do anything, so it probably would not be to hard to add them...what do you guys think?

The headlight switch does not pull out. The grille IMO was made to make it look like a 69 racer with the high beams removed not fogs. I personally would not do it, the Boss grille is specific to the Boss and I plan to leave it alone, I think fogs high or low would not fit (style wise) on a Boss, saying that I would love to have lower fog lights but will not install them.

the fogs from the ford edge are what the gt/cs uses and it is the same front chin spoiler. the fit right into the holes above the splitter and you can get them with pigtails to fit the harnes son a normal GT, which might not be there on a boss since it has no fogs. anyhow, downside is you cant use brake cooling ducts.

This. Just say no to fog lights on the Boss. But it's your car and that's the great thing about Mustangs is you get to personalize it any way you want. Enjoy your new car.

I think the grille surround would look good in black, opens it up and makes it look more aggressive. I took the emblem off of this one too, oh and clear turn signals, or not.

Fog lights??!! We're lucky that Ford decided to put any lights on the Boss 302 at all. I can't remember the last Trans-Am race after sunset. Homologation Baby, Homologation.

Respectfully - it does not say Boss at all to me. Then again it is what you like.

Playing around some more to make it more true to the street 1969 302: Not sure still which i like better.

Not qute sure why you think so, beacause i though the 1969 Bosses (the street cars that is) had fogs. But hey beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right!

That looks sweet, does the Tri Bar have a removable molded plastic holder or is it part of the grill?
