Seems TracKey doesn't affect my warranty in Germany!

I am not denying anything as there is nothing to deny. Then you say I "have faith and huge *****", which makes no sense as I'm not taking a position one way or the other. Perhaps most egregious in this "discussion" is your assumption that I even own a Boss.

I'm done responding, have a goodnight.
1 down. Goodnight man.

I'm sorry to hear about the failure. But if you knew the testing that goes into these cars. You would find this hard to believe.Need data.I would assume warranty will cover this.

Unless the LS had over 36000 miles or other emgine mods. Ford will stand behind the warranty.

Dude there is no way that Ford is gonna warranty a car if they can prove it was blown up on a race track. It's not a race car. I know what Ford said but it's NOT a race car. Good luck with that.

this thread has my interest...
anyone taking bets?
........covered? .....uncovered?

Can Ford build, promote, advise "how to setup" a car for the track
....then not warranty for failure at a track?

I feel the small print going to come out...

Engines blow up all the time...Fords, Porsches, Ferraris...you name it

What is the big deal?

I guess we will just have to wait to see what the black box says.

Do Fords have a black box?

I think most, if not all, modern cars do?

Yeah, they do. They'll probably look at the same logs that's used for the regular 5.0's when it comes to the #8 issue
