Pretty sure douche bags own Bosses but not all Boss owners are douche bags, A+B does not equal Douche Bag.

The douchebag card comes with the red key.

I'll give you that one. It's mostly the defectors from the play racing German side that heard the Boss was better.

I do not think Ford will ever produce a Boss 302 off the next generation Mustang. Ford would need a nostalgic looking body to use for a Boss 302 and the next generation of Mustang will not be nostalgic at all. You all who bought Boss 302 Mustangs are very fortunate.

Bhe Boss has a better chance of being a collectible but 20 years is a long time. Not many of us will keep a car that long, even with the best intentions. I bought mine to enjoy and probably will sell it when the next "best" is on the market.

I think thats very untrue.. I think ford will take the new mustang and make a modern boss. Why people think that these packages need to be retro or old looking is silly. Thats what people have been saying about porsche for years and they are doing better then ever.

I just don't see the point of buying a car just to have as a collectors item. I don't really understand stamp or coin collecting either, but you can't drive those so I say collect away. But cars are meant to be driven, not garaged and waxed and worried about.

Yeah and the Porsche body lines haven't changed much either, so sticking with original naming convention makes since. I dare to venture and say Ford will not keep traditional names, except for Shelby. I think we will see names like "Mustang TT" or "Mustang TTR". When ford says they are moving away from retro... the name is a big part of that. I'm just saying.....

I think they will uses those names and brands to sell what some might have a hard time changing over to. They will need the brands to help connect the old and new.

You make a valid point, however, that may not be a concern to Ford in light of the coming market in Europe. Only time will tell.....

I agree with twr437, Ford is breaking from the past. There will never be another version of the Boss Mustang. Ford will come up with new themes for the Mustang and the future Mustangs will barely resemble past Mustangs. It looks like we just had our last and only chance at owning a Boss Mustang unless someone overides the decision to discontinue the Boss.

If Gary weren't currently intoxicated (he is a Texan after all) it would have already happened
