ESP

Now that my Boss has been totaled , what happens with my ESP? Am I entitled to a partial refund of any kind?

Good question. Did you purchase it through Ford?

if it's a ford ESP it's cancellable at any time for a pro-rated refund.
what happened to your boss?

Yes you should be able to get a refund for the ESP. Maybe close to a full refund.

Yes, you can get a pro-rated refund of the remaining ESP coverage. I believe you can do the entire thing on-line as well.

We had ESP on our Exploder, cancelled it 2 hours after we sold it as the new buyer didn't want to pay for it. Was simple and we had a check in 14 days.

You should buy your Stang back from the insurance company totalled ..... Then sell it to me .....
Legally they have to sell it back to you for 10percent of what they pay you ..... Trans and engine should
Be fine after a flushing .... I. Would deff be up to buying this

sounds like a sweet way to build a track-only car. Anyone else out there want to sell a Boss for $4000

Yes but that's not the sell price. That may or may not be the buy price from the ins. co.

Well I spoke to Resolution78 over the phone today so he already knows the results of the visit from the adjuster on my totaled Boss. Just wanted to fill in the rest here on my dealings with the ins co. The car is in worse shape than I thought, all the pulleys, alternator, exhaust and anything metal is already rusting due to the salt water. The interior has mold and rust, the trunk area also has mold. The car smells and the electronics are completely shot, no surprise there. But when I asked them what the buy back price would be they quoted me a price of $22,649.48 (WTF?). So much for the 10% rule, needless to say they will be picking the car up for disposal.
