You don't have to be perfect to not drive when you're drunk...

On the bright side, if he totalled the Boss, ours are now worth more because they're more rare! I know, sick humor.
that is true

No, you have to just not want to drive. And make no mistakes.

It's sounds like you're kinda defending drunk driving.

"...and several wheels and tires to come off the Mustang."

Do Boss Mustangs have more than 4 wheels and tires? Must be why they cost so much...

Sounds like someone has made that "mistake" have a drunk driving on your record, do you? A mistake is misspelling a word or calling someone Jack, when his name is Bill, not getting plastered and getting into a 3k+ pound vehicle to show off.

You've got a big mouth. I'll leave you with it, along with your conjectures. /

Gotta agree with this. My cousin made a "mistake" and was drunk driving in upstate NY. His "mistake" killed a family of 5. His "mistake" put him in prison for 20 years... His "mistake" turned him into an alcoholic with guilt after he was released and he committed suicide a few years ago.

S***fire. I was gonna leave this, but...sensing some goody-goody here. Obviously driving drunk is not acceptable. However, as far as diction goes, this will help:
mis·take
noun
1.
an error in action, calculation, opinion, or judgment caused by poor reasoning, carelessness, insufficient knowledge, etc.
2.
a misunderstanding or misconception.

Sounds like someone has been through the judicial system. I'm convinced, you definitely have made some "mistakes" in your lifetime. Anyone who thinks that drunk driving is just a "mistake" is operating with few brain cells.

My friends dad killed two motorcyclists on his way home from the bar and he served 12 years.

I thought it was rather tame, I could have said worse. You might want to rethink your thoughts on drunk driving.

+1. But I'm going to go ahead and say bossman is losing. You can't argue in favor of the drunk driver. Just ain't gonna work.
