The black will be base/clear. It is next in line to enter the booth, they showed me a few samples of the yellow. The more coats the lighter it gets. Can't wait to see it without the "glass" roof.

After I wrote that ^ I found out the roof is done so I had to go see. Some shots, hard to tell what the whole package will look like at the end but I like the roof body color

 

What happened to your glass roof? I like it. Not sure about how the flat/matte black is going to go with the high gloss black of the decals though. Are you thinking of having them painted on?

 

The hood will be done also, looking to do a decal but I will paint it if needed. I worried about the side stripes and if it looks real bad I will have to do them. For now they will stay, the way I see it is the taillight panel was flat and did not stand out with the other shinny parts, plus the wheels are shinny.

So the top will be flat and sides original.

Keep it up a car is like a haircut if you don't get it the way you want it will grow out...with the car just change it up V6 GT GTt500 or Boss have fun with it. I think it is going to look great!

Seriously, you don't like it? I am loving the roof but once I get the deck lid and louvers on I think the package will look good.

That fine, don't know if you have seen a non LS in person, it was really shinny. I could have done it in matte but I like the look this way, with the deck lid and louvers it would have too much

Not that it is outside much but the sun in FL is only 12 feet above the surface in the summer so this will help.
