Ok, First of all, this is my very first time ever racing a manual transmission, and this is the very first trip down the track,
I never made a full 1/4 pass due to not finding 4th gear,
I know I know,..LOL
Any ways I put my Mach1 AFS 17X9 wheels with Mickey Thompsons on back and this is how I did, Look at the MPH on 1/8 mile and the 1/4, After I coulndt find 4th I just pushed in clutch and caosted to the end.
I went down track only 2x and both times coulndt get 4th..

I actually just rolled off at the light at 3k or so, I didn't warm the tires or pop clutch..I was impressed..

There are some on the forum who would have you believe they are made of glass...

 

That's strange you couldn't find 4th, usually its the 2-3 shift that can cause a problem. That being said your 60' times and your 1/8th mph & times I believe had you headed for a low 12 north of 115mph. Those are NICE times! What were the conditions?

OP next time you cant find fourth at high rpm pay attention and see if your clutch pedal is sticking. it might not be your fault you cant find fourth.

 

If your clutch pedal is sticking down you should have your slave cylinder inspected.
