Don't hate me
I got a new Boss for $1700 under sticker. I knew I wanted a Boss. The dealer I was working with didn't have one available until sometime next year. I did a little looking on the internet and the dealer closest to my house had one on the way. It was a Comp. Orange with both options. I stopped in and they said no one has claimed it. I asked what kind of price and the sales manager punched the calculator for a few minutes and said "how about $1700 off?" I said sold and #469 is in my driveway.

Very nice, good sir, and just when I was feeling rather lucky about getting mine at MSRP! Congrats on the new girl, she is beautiful!

Oh I hate you but not because you got it for under MSRP.

Yesterday I got a call from the dealer I had talked to in Feb about the Boss 302. They just got a CO w/both options in and he wanted to let me know. 1st question was, are you looking for an ADM? I asked this because they had one on the loaded Kona blue GT500 that sat on the showroom for months.
Sure enough he started with the, yes we are asking for more than MSRP, it's a rare limited production, blah blah blah... I said, um you know they are also making these in 2013 too, right? He repeated more of the above so I thanked him for the call and asked if he would be on Tuesday, as I wanted to check it out in person. Need to see if I fit in the Recaros, I'm just under 6'3 with a, er, large frame, yeah that's it...
Since you didn't post any pics of your new ride, I will post later tonight after I see it. =) I have a photobucket account, and I really haven't checked to see if you can post large format images there. Everything seems to be resized to some smaller default format. Anyone know of a better site for higher res pix?
