I actually kind of like it but more, if it was a gt which they painted competition orange, added oem boss wheels, and boss lower facsia. As a real Boss, I would think this would hurt the value definitely.

I would be concerned this was a repaint, possible accident damage. If the vehicle comes from the factory with stripes, what happened to them? A little explanation from the seller would be helpful.

It's the wheels. The Boss wheels have to be the ugliest damm wheels in the mustang line up. No offense guys. Change those wheels and it won't look so strange. Plus the color by itself is not very flattering. The worst comp orange to this day. The SN95 was a much better orange. Still sticking with the wheels as the biggest issue with the car though.
