DBA 4000 rotors $105, DBA 5000 $276

Need DBA 4000 Brembo rotors for $105 each?
Tire Rack is closing them out. Shipping extra.
Boss doesn't show anything for rotor search. So select '11 GT Coupe w/ Brembo and you'll see them.
Very few left. I got 2 sets yesterday, so I've got about 2 years of rotors on the way.
Get em while you can.

Good thing I didn't see that. Would have kicked that decision around even longer than I did on buying the 4000's. I'll be happy with a couple sets of 4000's.

Title updated to include 5000's

LOL, I got the 4000's but then again I don't share a track with Cloud9. Once he lapped me the first time I would be buying all the expensive parts to catch up

Wow good catch, I just ordered a pair of 5000s to back up the set I already have on my car. The replacement rings alone are $400+ each at other sites. My experience with these rotors has been nothing but excellent. Have had them on for 1 year and 12000 miles including 650 track miles this summer. There is ZERO rotor wear with my Hawk HPS+ pads, literally no edge formed on either rotor inside or out, hope they aren't going out of business in the US.

I wondered about how much the replacement rings might be. Can you reuse the fasteners or does DBA recommend using new ones when changing the rings?

I ordered a set of the DBA5000 series rotors too. Thanks for the heads up SD GT.

On Edit...are these made in Australia or here in the US?

Almost certain in Australia. Gary could tell you how much the rings alone cost as he replaced his this season. And the 5000 series rotor instructions and box have written all over how your CAN NOT reuse the ring attachment hardware. You must secure new mounting hardware when you change out the ring. I am sure this is suplied with each separate ring purchase.

DBA website says the hardware is supplied with the disk in the bar to the left of the description. dba.com.au/5000-series

Word is DBA is going to change the rotors and these numbers will become obsolete.

Bart at Tire Rack just called me. They can only get me a left front DBA5000 series rotor. All right front DBA5000 series rotors are gone and DBA will no longer be supplying them.

I asked what theat meant as far as replacement rings and Brad stated that he didn't know. He did say that DBA was coming out with a new series rotor.

ON EDIT....DBA5000 series rotors are now all gone, LF and RF, as per Bart at TR. Crap!

SECOND EDIT....DBA4000 series are now gone too...;(
