Conveyance Mechanical Failure

My car is stuck on a Canadian National railcar #711631 in Laclede, IL "due to a "conveyance mechanical failure." Delivery is pushed further back to no earlier than Mar 27. Anybody else on that railcar that was headed toward Houston?

Mine arrived at it's final destination this morning. I wonder if they unload rail cars on Sunday? The dealer is only 20 miles from the rail yard.

Congrats! Mine landed on Friday but as of this weekend had been loaded on a truck but still in the yard...... Best to call your dealer Monday morning and see if they can expedite it. Won't be long now!

Already did that and he called the transport company and had my car marked HOT. There must be a sh!tpot load of cars to unload, since the train went straight from Chicago to the Bay Area.

Not fair your car travelled all the way across country and as it sits is 230 miles closer

If you have the rail car number, you can check it on UP by calling 1-800-877-5123.

The UP number will give you an ETA. Mine's in the parking lot at the rail yard. Hopefully it will get delivered tomorrow. I'm planning on driving it home in a huge storm on Thursday.

I'd be very careful driving in the rain on those tires. Congrats on another Performance White Boss.

Mine hit the dealer at 10 minutes to closing tonight. Called me while I was at the grocery store with the wife Anyway they'll PDI it in the morning and we're going to slap the trans scoop on and yank the discs and then will see about taking it or not. The weather's taking a big turn for the worse and we've got T-storms forecast for tomorrow and then plunging to the 30s for the next several days so... Oh well at least it landed before the hail storm we're expecting tonight and is safe and sound inside the dealer service bay
