Considering upgrading from the Boss

Im really thinking about taking a loss and getting the 2013 Boss if it has Shelby front end and Sync.

Has this crossed anyone elses mind?

I've considered it... if I was really impressed by the styling changes along with the comforts like SYNC. But I really enjoy the 2012, so I'm uncertain as to whether I'd go with the 2013 if performance specs are the same. Time will tell, I suppose.

Even if I wanted to I ended up paying an ADM so there's no way.

Would you really take much of a loss? From what I have seen, the boss is still going for a good price used.

If they went bck to the S197 body with the 1970 stripe package and shaker scoop I might consider it. The 1970 is my all time favorite Mustang. But as rumors are that there will be no performance changes I would not take the loss however slight. I dont want to go through the purchase process again. I hold on to my cars because there is nothing I hate more than the process of buying a new one

I would advise against it, but what is my opinion worth?

Not me. I like the spartan and raw feel of the 2012 Boss and other than SYNC don't miss any of the added electronics. I'm usually driving around with the stereo off and windows rolled down. I really like the looks of the 2007-2009 GT500 but don't like the snout look of the 2010+ GT500. I haven't seen the 2013 GT/Boss front end but if it's like the current GT500 I'll pass.

I've considered getting both. But since that seems unlikely I'll keep my first year gem.

I may be Canadian and all, but I hate hockey. And I love the C-stripe.

I would have to be riding in the car on the trailer to do that.

For me, the 2012 Boss 302 is the ANTIDOTE to Sync and leather interior equipped, pseudo-luxury, muscle cars. If you want a Shelby GT500 buy the GT500, but don't turn the Boss 302 from what is was meant to be into just another limited edition Hi-Po 'stang. At WOT, with the exhaust discs removed and TracKey activated, there is no better sounding modern American car, period. Not only is Sync completely unnecessary, but so is the radio.

^ This!

My definition of sensory overload. I love it, the acceleration and the frenzied, screaming engine amd exhaust.
