Cigarette Butt In the Grill
Washed the Boss today, and found what I thought was a leaf stuck in the grill. Turned out it was a cigarette butt someone threw out their window. I hate smokers, most are rude as hell, and are quick to tell you that it is their right to smoke, as they blow smoke in your face.

I don't find that to be the case
Maybe people where you live are rude
Most around here hide like they are smoking crack or something
But yeah that sucks about it in your grill I wouldn't be happy about it

The smokers I have been around, especially on construction jobs, where I work as an Inspector, light up and stand right next to you while the smoke blows your way. I have 4 or 5 guys smoking at the same time sometimes. I cannot even go to Casinos, and when I leave CA, smokers are worse. If I did not have to smell it, I would not care....

Yeah, a buddy at said job site actually quit smoking after like 20 years. He has been off ciggs for about 2 months, and says he actually can smell the cigarette smoke now, never could really when he was a smoker.
By the way, I think you need a few more garages, ha.

Been almost a year, and I can smell one a mile away now. Someone can fire one up on the other side of a parking lot and if the wind is blowing at all I can tell someone is smoking somewhere.

9 months for me, standing behind a short chain smoker is the worst.
BTW I always used my ash tray in the car, field stripped them on the job site and put them in my pocket for disposal later (hated butts in the customers back yards) and made sure my smoke was not going in anyone's face if I happened to be smoking around someone. But that was me, plenty of inconsiderate smokers out there, my wife was probably one of the worst, she didn't care about anyone but her.

I hate inconsiderate smokers, but I never knew very many. Like Gary said, most were embarrassed to be seen smoking and tried to hide it. Never really knew anyone that was an **** about it like the OP mentioned.

Dave , although inconvenient, it Could have been worse. Back when I was younger, I had a 1984 Camaro that I parked in a lot one night. When I got back to the car a few hours later, someone had lit a cig and set it on top of my front bumper, right in front of my headlight. As the cig burned down, it blistered my paint and actually melted the plastic bumper, leaving an ugly scar!

As someone who has never smoked... I too can smell them from a mile away. lol
Just as if it were a straw wrapper or gum wrapper... I get so annoyed seeing buts flicked out of car windows and just landing on the road at a redlight... sitting there still burning... the driver looking ahead as if it's completely normal.
