check your wheels!

You better check the finish on your wheels. I found a couple of severe runs (sags) in the black paint on one wheel. Showed them to my dealer and he is going to order a new one under warranty. The runs are on the spokes and are hard to see until you get in the sun just right. I will try and post a pic when the sun comes back out as it is raining again! I wish whoever made the wheel for Ford did a better job overall on the finish. I don't like that the inside of the wheel did not get painted.

If you drive it you better get some polished/unpainted rims then. I already have a few rock chips on my stock wheels and I don't even use them on the track. They're black. Black's pretty hard to maintain. But, they still look sweet. I had my track wheels painted gloss black since they were originally silver when I bought them for my GT500. They did paint the inside of the wheel, but they are marred already from tire mounting machine. No biggie, they're track wheels, but I'm guessing that's the reason Ford didn't paint the inside of the stockers.
