Why is it that I can't see the dealer name or ship through info on those stickers?

I am guessing it is just because the file available on line is missing all the info that gets printed on the real paper sticker at a later date. So no real reason, just the way they do it.

The data is there - I can see it for a very brief moment on a very slow computer. I'm thinking the font color of text for the invisible fields has been set to the same color as the background. I just don't know how to use my software to capture that text and change the font color, or display a layer, or something else.

Don't know, I have never seen that. I have printed mine and looks the same as the pdf file. Even if I do a copy and paste of all the lower boxes nothing more shows. In any case I am far from computer expert (unless you count screwing one up).

Interesting. There is a masking image placed over top of the pertinent info. You can select it and delete it with Adobe Acrobat. Not terribly secure, but it's kept us at bay for this long...

My Acrobat is 5.0 - years and years old, I purchased it since it was more than a reader - it allowed me to create pdfs way back when nothing else could. I'm not sure if it's free to download or not now.
