At the Rt 66 NMRA event yesterday, a Boss ran a 12.54 on a 12.10 dial. Spun a bit out of the hole. Only mod that I could tell was slicks.

 

A stock boss ran 11.72 with slicks a few months ago.

Don't shoot the messenger guys..I'm just reporting what I saw.

The elevation is about 700 MSL and it was in the 80's and humid.

Still pretty good for a stock car with slicks. After the 1-2 shift it REALLY started moving.

He had a 12.10 dial and it was during eliminations so I'm sure it has gone faster than that.

 

I plan to hit the track with my DR's in the next few weeks as scheduling allows. Doubt it'll go 11's in this heat though.
