Again I thought the car on the road was red too. This is the same car. Is it red or orange?

I got an invite from s197ford to come out to his place to see a COMPETITION ORANGE W WHITE TAPE, so my moneys on CO in his driveway.

Tell me if you know the color of this BOSS?

Mustang in background is RACERED, I checked the window sticker.

No one from ford, could tell me what color the BOSS is, some thought RED some thought ORANGE. The lighting at the show (Omaha) is terrible all the red camaros looked Orange, only metallic looked kinda red, my camera is displaying what I saw.

The Boss at the show is orange to my eye. I've driven a race red 2011 Brembo Mustang and a Roush stage 2 and there is no mistaking red when you see it. The orange is another matter...

If you just look at the paint on this car, it looks CO, but when you look at the rest of the picture you can see the weird saturation effects the lighting is giving to all of the colors in the picture, including the Race Red car in the background, so I'd say Race Red for this one. S197GT may have a CO car in his driveway now, but the previous mule that he had with the BBP wheels was Race Red.

 

Trust me, I could not tell the mustang in the background was red, if I hadn't looked at the window-sticker I would of bet any amount that it was orange, hopefully cloud9 will be able to verify what color the BOSS is when he goes there tomorrow.

Cool I'm going to be there Saturday. Did they let you inside or under the hood? I was really hoping to see one in Competition Orange, but with black not white. Obviously the orange won't change, but I think it's going to look "darker" with black roof and stripes IMO if that makes any sense..... If this car isn't orange, I'm totally color blind but I see what you mean comparing to the one in the background.

 

Here's a couple more out of focus pics, look at the taillights, the lighting makes them look orangish, the red cars in background were metallic burgundy/red.

 

I haven't seen the Boss wheels in person but I'm starting to like them more. I'm planning on installing the 302S wheels, same ones on the Grabber Blue Boss LS at Barrett Jackson, but maybe I'll stick with the original ones. cloud9 let me know what you think of them when you see them.

 

I had to really keep on them, at one point I offered $100.00 to let me sit in it, this arrogant A-HOLE said make it $200.00, so I said OK, he said OK, you can sit in it for "ONE MINUTE ONLY" and I could keep my money.

I asked him if I could pop the hood and he walked off and a lady said, that is my BOSS and he told you NO and FORD told us not to let anyone sit in it or look at the engine, She was very rude, so I snapped back that I'll go back to the Chevy displays where I got treated with respect. I was really pissed at how these clowns acted and treated me, hopefully you will encounter a different set of representative's.
