i don't know it might be worth the adm, i heard motor trend was able to read the boss book in 1:40 at a press event at laguna seca and it took them 1:42 to read the M3 book at the same track. i also heard Jay Leno already has his hands on the book and is adding it to his personal collection and someone told me an even rarer version with a blue cover will be auctioned for charity soon.

That is because the M3 book is written in Deutsche!

Anyone know if this book will include a reprint of Mr. Farr's original text? mine's pretty worn.

only on the speed channel special about the book, but it's out of print and some copies are going for big money on eBay.

I just found out that the book isn't going to come with a DVD or the automatic page turner. Those are options on the regular GT book, they should offer them on the Boss book too. I mean this is going to by my daily reader and I really want those extra features. On a book at this price why wouldn't they at least make it an otion for those of us who never plan on speed reading.

If you want a leisurely read, I suggest you buy a book about the V6. No pansies allowed in this thread.

Are you buying one? I would like automatic page turners and I'm NOT missing the point of the book. It would add negligible weight and be safer when reading in public librarys which most of us will do.

I have one on order and I think you are missing the point. This book isn't for everyone; it also won't be available in Braille. Part of the spirit of this book is turning the pages manually.

I wonder if there will be any online discount codes available whenever they start hitting the shelves...

I'd wait a few months before I bought one, they'll be selling well below list price by the end of the year.

This could be a hot item especially if the plant has a fire. Production could be stopped.

Yes I'm buying one. I've had my name on a waiting list since before this book was officially even a rumour.

Look, I get it. You want to make a colour copy of the cover of the Boss book and glue it onto your copy of this and leave it on the coffee table so people will think you're cooler than you really are. That's okay with me, the planet's big enough for people like you too.

Did you guys hear the book comes with removable pages you can take out to make the book sound way cooler when turning the pages. I'm not sure what my neighbors will think if I'm reading late at night. I'm hoping there will be an aftermarket electric version you can use to quickly change from loud page turning to quiet page turning.

Amazon Reading is supposed to come out with one of these. I've never been so excited about a book coming out! Amazon Reading has been reading this book in competition as part of its development. I think a lot of other publishers and aftermarket bookbinders are going to be surprised when this book comes out.

I wonder if Recaro is going to make a track seat to use when reading the book?

I heard Lund has one they had one a dyno and done some page tweaking, but they are waiting to post the results until we are all so old our eyesight is too poor to read the charts.

I heard they just ended up with the same book as a modified GT book.
