Boss 302 helmet decal
Yeah I was worried the ridges were going to cause problems. I squeezed it between them and lined up BOSS with the top line. It worked out. Thanks for the compliments! Thanks to Rick & Scott for finding them and providing the link.
Here is mine. The guy only had one shade of orange. Not the best match, but oh well. I am not sure if I like it with my car number on it either. They did fit the helmet nicely though. Looks good I guess......
Still looks good
I am afraid if I had a black helmet down here my head would catch fire
Talk with him, I sure he make something up, he did the entire stripe kit for the Boss.
-----------
Putting them on dry is tough, I have fooled around with stripes before but that is for someone that does it for a living. I did try one side dry and it came out OK but still had small bubbles let over
Shampoo or car soap will make it easy to apply

In many ways I did.
I lost the exclusivity of the Boss; but I got 100HP, Kona Blue GT500 that gets looks from everybody, Sync, glass roof, HIDs and the big Shaker system - and I got the car at invoice - so just a few grand more than the Boss. As more of a dragstrip guy, perhaps it was for the best. Besides, I nearly flipped out when I saw that there was a Boss there at the dealer - and it wasn't mine - after being assured that I had the 1st order and that it would arrive in June.

the GT500 is a great car...so you can't go wrong...especially if you're more of a drag (I mean, of course, drag strip) guy ;-)...and that glass roof is so cool.
I hope you feel good about what you got and enjoy it...and don't fall prey to the, apparent, boss envy with which some people seem to be afflicted. (and, no, this post isn't about you, 11ShelbyWishIHadABossWhichIsWhyISpendAnInordinateA mountOfTimeOnThisForumAddingNothingOfValueGT500)
