Question BOSS 228 GOT NEW SHOES

More proof they should have made a white LS.
Tell me what you think

Stock 302S Prelli P Zero. I bought these off of Dean Martin`s BOSS 302S race car.

I like them but think the stock wheels look better on the white Boss. So those tires are the Corsas and while sticker won't last as long as your stock P-Zero's.

Looking really good!

Definitely prefer the stock Boss center caps over the Ford racing ones too. Good call.

Looks great. Are they staggered or all the same size? I've been browsing for ideas and can't seem to find a wheel I like in staggered 19".

They are 9's and 10's.

Looks fine to me! Are you going to install the LS Splitter?

They are not the Corsa the Boss S has the same tires as the street Boss from the factory but with LS style 19 x 9" front and 19 x 10" rear wheels.

Dean takes them off to put on lighter wheels and track tires for racing.

I was actually thinking about going full LS, splitter, Black grill surround, rear spoiler and rear badge. The LS they should make WHITE...

What do you all think????

I think it would look bad!!

Unless you can get the rear badge in black, I wouldn't do it. The rear badge is only in Red (and perhaps grabber blue).

Then you have to think about the rear seat delete and gauge pod. Then the shocks...

Talking

I knew the shocks and spring were different but I didn`t realize the sway bar was different too.

I still think the black grill surround would look wicked closing in a Camaro mirror at a high rate of speed!!

What are your thoughts???

A year ago I was considering buying a 2011 GT 5 DOT 0. One of the first things I wanted to do to it was paint the grill surround to match the car color. I'm not in favor of an all black grill but it's your car so do what you want.

BTW why are you selling the Pirelli's and where did you get them from?

They look awesome IMO. I like them much better than the stock wheel, and like Berol said, the stock center cap beats the FR one. I have a set of these with R6s on them that I have yet to run. I'm wanting to burn up the Hoosiers and then make them my street wheels because they're so heavy for the track. I'm just not sure they're going to look as good on the CO/BK car as they do on yours

I don't dislike the Boss wheel but I like the 302S wheel better. I think it looks great on Dave's car but will look just as good on the orange.
